Frequently Asked Questions

Do You Need a Ticket?

You don’t need a ticket just to come to the event — entry is free for everyone.

Tickets are only needed for children aged 1–15 who want to take part in these activities:

  • Enter the Pumpkin Patch
  • Choose and decorate a pumpkin
  • Use the bouncy castles and yard games
  • Watch live performances on the kids’ stage
  • Watch the Autumn‑themed family movie (in English & Spanish)

Parents and guardians may accompany their child without needing a ticket.

If your child (age 1–15) wants to participate in the activities listed above, yes — they’ll need a ticket.

If your child is too young to join in (for example, a toddler who won’t be decorating, watching the movie or playing), no ticket is required for them. You’re welcome to walk around the venue, soak in the festive atmosphere, and explore the free areas together.

Want a pumpkin but don’t want to join the activities? You can buy pumpkins separately without needing a ticket — no access to the Pumpkin Patch is required to purchase one. On Sunday the 26th at 14:00, all remaining pumpkins—any size—will be half price.
