One of the most magical parts of Pumpkin Fest is watching children walk into our Pumpkin Field, surrounded by hundreds of pumpkins, searching for that perfect one to take home.

But have you ever wondered how all those pumpkins get here? Creating our Pumpkin Field takes an enormous amount of work, planning and, most importantly, some incredible people from our local community.

3,000 Pumpkins for Pumpkin Fest 2026!

🎃 Step 1: Paul Finds the Pumpkins

It all starts with Paul from Origin Provisions, who has helped us source and supply our pumpkins for the third year in a row!

Finding 3,000 pumpkins is no small task. Thanks to Paul, we're able to fill our Pumpkin Field and give children the wonderful experience of choosing their very own pumpkin.

Origin Provisions also specialises in fantastic premium food products, from exceptional meats to gourmet ingredients. And personally, my absolute favourites are their sausage rolls!

🏉 Step 2: Rugby Club Sitges Moves 3,000 Pumpkins!

Once the pumpkins arrive, there's another enormous challenge: moving 3,000 pumpkins and getting the Pumpkin Field ready for the kids!

That's where our incredible friends at Rugby Club Sitges come in. The players help us with the huge task of moving and arranging thousands of pumpkins so everything is ready for the families arriving at Pumpkin Fest.

But their contribution goes far beyond preparing the field. The players of Rugby Club Sitges are both the heart and the muscle behind Pumpkin Fest! 🧡💪

Throughout the entire weekend, the players will also be generously volunteering their time, welcoming visitors, helping families, lending a hand wherever needed and doing everything they can to make your Pumpkin Fest experience truly magical.

From moving thousands of pumpkins to greeting children with a smile, their energy, generosity and team spirit are a huge part of what makes this event so special.

🍂 And Then the Magic Begins!

Thanks to Paul, Origin Provisions and Rugby Club Sitges, our 3,000 pumpkins have found their place and the Pumpkin Field is beginning to come to life.

And this is where Mar from MARBCN Events works her magic. With her creativity, eye for detail and passion for creating beautiful spaces, Mar transforms all that hard work into the warm, welcoming autumn atmosphere that families have come to know and love at Pumpkin Fest.

From the rich colours of autumn to the charming displays and thoughtful little touches that make visitors smile, Mar turns our Pumpkin Field into so much more than a field of pumpkins. She brings the whole experience to life, creating the magical autumn setting that makes Pumpkin Fest so special.

There's so much more work behind every pumpkin and every beautiful corner than you might imagine. And behind Pumpkin Fest is a wonderful group of people who put their hearts into making it all possible.
